Kate joined the James Madison University Office of Human Resources in July of 2022, where she served as the Front Desk Administrative Assistant for the office. In March 2025, she moved into the role of a Benefits Specialist where she gets to provide guidance on benefits, retirement, and leave to faculty and staff at James Madison University.

Kate graduated from James Madison University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology. In her free time, she likes going to the beach, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
