As the Front Desk Administrative Assistant, Kate provides support to customers and helps connect them to those in the office that are able to best assist them. She is also our contact for questions regarding Affiliates of the University, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and notary services for University employees by appointment.

Kate joined the James Madison University Office of Human Resources in 2022. She graduated from JMU in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Anthropology.
