Michelle Pence joined HR in March of 2024 as the Benefits Assistant. She brings administrative and customer service experience with her, allowing her to provide support to the Benefits Team as well as exceptional service to JMU employees. Michelle loves helping people and puts this passion to use every day as the Benefits Assistant.

Michelle graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in 2016 and was the Office Manager of a Real Estate Firm for 5 years. In her free time, Michelle enjoys kayaking, baking, crocheting and camping.
