- Once your application is received, Kathy will contact you to set up a home visit. During that visit she will meet both the caregiver and the care receiver to determine if the placement is appropriate for CCN students.
- Placements of students are contingent upon student enrollment. Additionally, families may be placed on a waitlist if they apply mid-semester when all students have already received their placements.
- Families must live in Harrisonburg or Rockingham County (within 25 minutes’ drive time from campus) and be 60 years old or older.
- Our CCN respite services focus on the social-emotional aspects rather than medical or personal care concerns.
