Conference Assistant for Planning

Conference Assistants for groups oversee about 10 groups throughout the summer. They are responsible for maintaining contact with sponsors, receiving and transferring housing and dining documents, managing keys and key cards, parking, and scheduling needs for their related conferences.

Conference Assistant for Administration

Conference Assistants for administration are tasked with facilitating and communicating the needs of all groups between conference services and their related areas of work (Residence Hall Management, Billing and Dining, or Office Administration). These individuals are the bridge between the Conference Assistants for groups and the staff of their related areas of expertise.
