Pre-Dental Society
We are dedicated to preparing students to be professionals, leaders, and active members in the community. Membership involves coming to monthly meetings, service events in Harrisonburg, pre-dental professional opportunities and networking in the dental community. We also prepare students to apply to dental schools and provide opportunities for visiting dental schools.

Pre-Med Association
This group is committed to students interested in medicine at James Madison University. The Pre-Med Association will increase the awareness of different medical schools and help prepare students for the admission process. We strive to have a positive impact on JMU`s pre-med students while providing services to students interested in pursing a career in the health profession in a manner to reflect professionalism, leadership, and intellectual integrity. Pre-Occupational Therapy Association
The Pre-Occupational Therapy Association consists of students interested in pursuing Occupational Therapy as a career. The organization volunteers at various clinical settings such as daycare centers, therapeutic riding stables, and retirement facilities. POTA also provides its members with updated information regarding graduate programs and invites guest speakers to explain the application process and what it means to be an Occupational Therapist. In addition, members often examine case studies and strategist effective occupational therapy interventions.

The main purpose of this organization is to inform students interested in a career with veterinary medicine about the various veterinary schools and the admissions process.
