Holly Marcus started off working as a photographer for Harrisonburg’s Daily News-Record until deciding to venture out into the freelance world. Being a freelancer photographer/videographer for 15 years she has produced work for a number of regional and national publications and organizations. As part of a writer/photographer team with her husband, she has a range of experience from covering professional motorcycling racing to working on location with feature film production, all the while continuing to photograph and video local news and feature stories within the community.

She teaches Photojournalism (SMAD 225).
