Description
Duties:
The main role of the Window Worker is to provide the best possible customer service to our patrons in a polite and efficient manner. Scheduled shifts will be spent at the window taking customer orders, entering them in the cash register, collecting payment, and making ice cream products (scooping cones/cups, making flurries, milkshakes, sundaes, banana splits, frozen coffees, smoothies etc.) When there are no customers at the window, the secondary role is to assist the Location/Shift Lead in keeping the store well stocked and clean.
Requirements:
- Must be polite and have good customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment especially in high season.
- Complete a 6–8-week training period which includes a quiz at the end.

$12.50-$13.00, plus tips

Our locations are open 7 days a week from 10:30am -10pm. Currently we need staff members who can work 2-3 shifts per week. Window workers are required to work a combination of dayshift/nightshift/weekends. Everyone is required to work a MINIMUM of 2 weekend shifts (Friday Night-Sunday Night) per month.
