Description
Duties:
Head Coach: prepare, plan, attend and execute all practices; oversee assistant coaches; meet training requirements as stated by the Valley Swim League (VSL).
Assistant Coaches: support head coach in executing practices; maybe take on a specific role or age group as well.
All applicants must have swimming knowledge and experience; be willing to work with children ages 4-18 both on deck and sometimes in the pool. Lifeguarding and CPR certifications not required, but preferred.
Requirements:
Season begins May 27 and ends Saturday July 26. Meets take place on Tuesdays from June 17 through July 22, Championship meet is Saturday July 26 from 8-5 at JMU Godwin Hall.How to apply:

Negotiations can be made on vacation time, pay rate, etc. We are looking for qualified candidates with strong executive skills.
Salary
Head Coach Season Minimum Pay: 2000 (approximately $14/hour) plus tips

Specific hours
Coaching hours are M-F 9:30am-11:15am (practice 9:45-11) AND M-Th 5:30-7:15PM (Practice 5:45-7).
