There are two rooms on the first floor of the Student Success Center which may be booked by JMU faculty, students, and staff. Each of these rooms has a flat panel display and a dry erase board. To reserve a study room, call (540) 568-7747 or stop by the guest services desk.

Group Study Room Rules

• All group study rooms are for two or more people. Individuals occupying the room alone will be asked to leave.
• Rooms may be booked up to one week in advance.
• Daily bookings may not exceed two hours.
• The individual booking the room must occupy the room.
• There is a 15 minute grace period for arriving at the room. If the room is not occupied by two or more members of the group within 15 minutes the booking may be forfeited.
• Personal items left in group study rooms may be removed to the lost and found and will not be considered occupancy of the room.
• Groups exhibiting inappropriate, loud, or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave.
• Use of group study rooms for events and commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Leave the room clean for the next group; Please wipe down the table top, remove trash and wipe down the glassboards upon exiting the room.
