Having served as the Director of Training and Development until February of 2013, Jennifer took a 10-year break from JMU before returning as the Director of Talent Development in July of 2023. With a personal mission statement that centers on positively affecting the lives of those around her, leading the Talent Development team gives Jennifer endless opportunities to put her passion into practice. Jennifer has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Auburn University and an M.S.Ed. in Adult Human Resource Development from James Madison University.
