Ashton joined the Talent Development team as a Student Assistant in August 2021 as a freshman. Starting August of 2022 Ashton began as the Talent Development Graphics Intern. A lot of her day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual marketing content for the departments workshops and events. She is a current senior majoring in Computer Information Systems.
