Roman joined the Talent Development team as a Student Assistant in January 2025. Roman started at JMU as a double major in Finance and Business Management but eventually ended up in Hospitality Management with a focus in event planning and minoring in General Business.  His responsibilities include the setting up and breaking down of event spaces in addition to the preparation of workshop materials. Roman is currently a Junior and aspires to start a business as an event or wedding planner.
