Sydney began her internship with the Talent Development team in October 2024. Her work primarily focuses on researching the competency model and exploring ways to improve it, while also assisting the team as needed. She is a senior majoring in Hospitality Management with a minor in General Business. A fun fact about Sydney is that she started her journey at JMU as a physics major!
