Description:

The Anxiety Toolbox offers one of the quickest ways to access evidence-based strategies and interventions to reduce anxiety symptoms.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the difference between stress and anxiety and explain the impacts of stress and anxiety on the body
  • Investigate situations and thoughts that cause and maintain anxiety
  • Implement ways to slow down and disrupt the experience of anxiety
  • Apply relaxation techniques to reduce tension
  • Create a personalized action plan for coping strategies
