Description:

Allyship is a commitment that must be renewed daily. In this session, we will discuss diversity and inclusion concepts and equip you with the tools needed to open yourself to new perspectives. We will cover what it means to amplify marginalized voices and foster an inclusive mindset. And, finally, we’ll learn how to commit to our journey to allyship, and how to practice allyship in the real world. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand concepts needed for an inclusive mindset 
  • Reflect on personal motivations for allyship 
  • Put together an action plan for implementing allyship into daily life
