Description:

Do you dread being responsible for taking notes at a meeting and then writing up the minutes? Do you know how to recognize what is essential and what isn't? Although there is no one size fits all for taking notes and writing up your minutes, join us as we discuss collaborating with the meeting leader, recognizing how much information to record and understanding the importance of completing your minutes promptly. We will also give you some tips, tools, do's and don'ts for taking notes at your next meeting.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Collaborate with the meeting leader.
  • Recognize how much information to record.
  • Get essential information down before the group moves on.
  • Complete your minutes promptly.
