Description:

Change is hard. But, it is also necessary. This program uses the Prosci ADKAR Model to help you navigate your way through change by preparing yourself in advance. We will address your concerns and equip you with the skills and framework necessary to thrive through change.

NOTE: A box lunch is provided.
