Description:

At this workshop you'll hear an overview of the Reengineering Madison program, and it goals and principles. Information on the individual projects such as Constituent Relationship Management (CRM), Identity and Access Management (IAM) and ERP (Human Resources, Finance and Student systems) replacement. This workshop will provide an opportunity to talk about the impacts on these projects for administrative professionals and give you a chance to ask your questions.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will have a better understanding of the details of the Reengineering Madison program. 
  • Understanding the details and timing of aspects of the Reengineering Madison projects will provide understanding about impacts to daily work. 
  • Change is never easy, but understanding why and how the university will benefit will help ease the anxiety about upcoming changes. 
  • Participants will learn how they might engage in the work of the program.
