Description:

Participants will learn about Academic Impressions five paths model and how it is linked to their leadership preferences both in normal situations and in stressful situations. Additionally, participants will explore their leadership intelligence and develop skills for understanding the leadership intelligence of others.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand your preferred leadership pathway 
  • Appreciate how different leadership preferences can impact the work environment 
  • Develop skills for accessing the best path for the current situation
