During the annual evaluation process, full-time Classified Staff and AP Faculty are required to submit a professional development goal. As their supervisor, you often find yourself in the position of directing them in the process. How do you, as the supervisor, ensure that those goals have purpose?

  • Learn how to have productive conversations with your direct reports about developmental goals. 
  • Review planning tools to help take big division goals and work them into meaningful team and individual goals.   
  • Understand the relationship between team goals and individual goals and how they can complement one another.
