TD2431

Note: This session is capped at 35 participants

Total Workshop Time: 2 Hours

Pre-requisites: None

Description:

As a leader, you find yourself grateful for those employees who have been around for years. They know their jobs. They do them well. The office wouldn’t run as well as it does without them.

But, you’ve also noticed that they’ve lost a little of their “spark”. The job just isn’t as exciting to them as it once was. Or, they still love their jobs, but they’re ready for a new challenge. A new project. A new problem to be solved.

Join us, and a panel of JMU managers, to discuss ideas for reengaging those longtime employees.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify ways to reenergize your employees in their jobs.
  • Learn motivational ideas from fellow colleagues.
  • Discuss opportunities for employee growth and development.
