Description:

JMU Telecommunications provides services to faculty, staff, students and departments. To more fully understand the breadth and depth of their services, join us! This workshop will cover telephone access, cable services, voice mail options, campus link functionalities and much more. Policies, procedures and best practices will be covered in the workshop as well. You will learn what to do, when to do it, and how to do it by participating.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to request services, as well as our SLA
  • Learn the importance of communicating changed in staffing
  • Learn how to monitor monthly billing
