Faces of the CFI is a photovoice project meant to visually and verbally communicate the Center for Faculty Innovation’s impact on JMU faculty. This project was initially designed and led by Amber Montgomery (’17) in the 2016-17 academic year. Currently, Faces of the CFI is led by the CFI's undergraduate programming assistants, making it a unique, high-engagement learning experience. Students conduct brief, informal interviews and photo sessions with participating faculty. The results are thoughtful, conversational snapshots of faculty across colleges, departments, and disciplines. This project is currently on display in the Center for Faculty Innovation’s office suite, which is located on the fifth floor of the Rose Library.

If you are interested in participating in this project for the upcoming academic year, please contact the CFI (cfi@jmu.edu).
