Why CFI?
As an advocate for creating inclusive spaces and communities for faculty development and scholarship, I was naturally drawn to the CFI. As a new faculty member, the CFI provides me with a hub for community, research and inspiration as I'm seeing other opportunities outside of my unit as well as colleagues thriving with support from the CFI.
