We offer several clear paths for faculty to engage with X-Labs: 

• View Courses: Learn about our current courses to gain a better understanding of how our courses are formed, the teaching teams, and more.  
• Propose a Course: Collaborate on the development and co-teaching of unique cross-disciplinary, design-thinking courses that nurture creativity and challenge students to take ownership of their learning.  
• Attend Open Tank Hours: Each Friday morning, we provide a complimentary space where you can advance your research, connect with faculty across campus, develop courses around challenge statements, and more.  
• ‘Understand X-Labs' Events: Join our weekly office hours or attend our bi-weekly workshops to ask questions, explore current initiatives, and discover pathways to get involved with X-Labs. 
• Apply to the Faculty Associates Program for Cross-Disciplinary Pedagogy: Each year, selected faculty members join a dynamic teaching team focused on design-thinking to elevate their teaching toolbox, collaborate across campus, and reimagine their pedagogy.
