As the new leadership and team at X-Labs 2.0 continues to build and innovate in exciting new directions, we are seeking a Programs and Initiatives Manager.JMU X-Labs is an innovation catalyst that serves the entire JMU community and external partners through courses, research and creative practice, esports, and work-based learning experiences.

Terms and Compensation
The JMU X-Labs Programs and Initiatives Manager is a full-time, administrative & professional (non-teaching) faculty appointment; application review begins on July 9 and ends on August 8. This position will be responsible for:
- Project management and initiation
- Student supervision
- Workshop and tour development
- Communications and marketing delivery
- Data analysis, reporting, and systems optimization
