Free entry:
We are open to all visitors, and our exhibitions are never ticketed. This is true for group visits as well, so please contact us if you would like to arrange a visit for your class, club, or organization.
Opening times:
Tuesday - Friday, 12:00 - 4:00 pm (during the semester). We follow university holidays and closed days.

Parking
Free parking is available for visitors to the Madison Art Collection and Lisanby Museum in the pay-by-space parking spaces in D3 Lot, across from the Festival Conference and Student Center. Call us at 540-568-2661 during business hours prior to your visit for a code to enter at the pay station for free parking. A JMU permit is required for parking outside of the pay-by-space area and vehicles without permits are subject to citation.
If you cannot reach a person at the number above, please visit the Parking and Transit Services office during normal business hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday) for a free visitor permit. A visitor permit will allow you to use any available spaces in D3 Lot across from Festival.
