Description:

What is the difference between a Change Leader and a Change Champion? How do we determine if a person is ready for the upcoming change? What does Superman have to do with effective change management? 

Your Prosci workshop included terminology that is proving to be an important part of your role in the Reengineering Madison implementation. This 30-minute, interactive session, will give you an opportunity to refresh your memory!
