If students took exams in high school for Advanced Placement, Cambridge International Examinations and International Baccalaureate programs, they may receive JMU credit for some courses depending upon the scores. Credit from the examination sources below will only be awarded if the exams were taken prior to initial enrollment at any institution of higher education.

Submit Scores
JMU will accept AP and IB scores electronically from the testing agency. Please contact the agency to request that scores be sent directly to JMU. Student score report copies will not be accepted.

Copies of the official AP, CIE and IB score reports must be sent to the JMU Office of Admission before JMU credit will be awarded.
