What do I do at the Counseling Center?
My current role at the Counseling Center is as a Graduate Assistant offering Specialized Workshops as a part of the Center's General Outreach Services. In this role, my main objective is educating students on mental health topics like anxiety and stress along with striving to provide them with tools on how to best navigate these areas. These psychoeducational workshops are provided on campus throughout the year.
What do I do at JMU outside of the Counseling Center?
I am in my first year of the JMU Adult Education/Human Resource Development M.S. Ed program and a proud alumna of Arizona State University (ASU) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Outside of the Counseling Center I enjoy working out, spending time with loved ones, traveling and I am a complete foodie!
