We have everything you need to play at our Equipment Centers at UREC and UPARK!

All you have to do is...

1. Bring your JACard to the Equipment Center (UREC) or Gatehouse (UPARK).
2. Ask for your equipment.
3. Give the staff your JACard and they'll swipe it for checkout.
4. Go play!
5. Bring your JACard and return equipment when you're done.

UREC In-House Equipment includes:

• Men's and women's basketballs

University Park In-House Equipment includes:

In-House Equipment procedures:

• You must present your JACard to check out any equipment and it will be swiped into our system for equipment used in UREC or at UPARK. 
• All equipment is checked out on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
• You are responsible for returning this specific item and we reserve the right to limit equipment checked out. 
• If the equipment is damaged or not returned, you may be charged a replacement fee.

Out-of-House Equipment includes:

• Outdoor soccer balls

• Life-size Jenga

Out-of-House Equipment Checkout procedures:

• You must present your JAC or URAC to check out any equipment to use outside of UREC (outside includes the Turf). 
• Out-of-House Sports Equipment has a $15.00 deposit fee for every two pieces of equipment rented on FLEX (or a JMU departmental Duke Card) which will be refunded within a week if the equipment is returned on time and in good condition. 
• Week day rentals are due back the next day before UREC closes.
• Weekend rentals are due back by Monday before UREC closes.
• Late fees are $5 a day per contract.
• All equipment is checked out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• If the equipment is damaged or not returned, you may be charged a replacement fee.

Sale Procedures:

• All items may be purchased with FLEX only. For more information about FLEX, visit Campus Card Services. There is a DART machine located in the UREC lobby that participants can utilize to deposit money into their FLEX account.
• This DART machine also provides DART cards. Visitors and participants can purchase the cards out of the DART machine for one dollar ($0.75 for the card and $0.25 credit put on the card). They can then put money on them to use for FLEX charges. Prices and availability subject to change.
