UREC's Wellness Center offers resources to feed your mind, body and spirit! It is the hub for one-on-one premium services like athletic training, personal training, and massage therapy. Enjoy drop-in massage chairs and a relaxing water feature when you enter. This collaborative space features services provided by UREC, Sentara RMH, Zen Wellness Company, and JMU Well Dukes.

Massage Chairs
Massage chairs are free to use anytime the Wellness Center is open. They are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Participants should wear clean clothes, including socks, and wipe off the chairs when done.
Lactation Room
A lactation room is available in the Wellness Center. It is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
