UREC's Wellness Center offers resources to feed your mind, body and spirit! It is the hub for one-on-one premium services like athletic and personal training and massage therapy.
Features
Massage Chairs
Massage chairs are free to use anytime the Wellness Center is open. They are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Participants should wear clean clothes, including socks, and wipe off the chairs when done.
Lactation Room
A lactation room is available in the Wellness Center. It is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
