How to Cancel a registration for an activity (Group Exercise class, adventure trip, cooking class, etc):

No-Show Policies

If you do not cancel and do not show up on time, you are considered a "no-show" participant.

If you "no-show" three times in one semester, you will lose your registration privileges for one week. Three additional "no-shows" (total of six) will result in losing registration privileges for two weeks.

When a participant’s registration privileges have been revoked, they cannot register for UREC General Admission or activities. Since University Park does not require registration for entry, participants with registration privileges revoked are still permitted to access that facility (during operational hours).

For courses with fees, see course information for refund deadlines. For your refund request to be considered, you will need to contact the UREC professional staff member who oversees the program by the deadline. Please allow one week for approved refunds to reimburse your credit card. A $50 fee will be assessed for any check returned by the bank.
