Training Requirements
Principal Investigators (PIs) must provide lab-specific training to all students and personnel at the beginning of the semester and whenever a new hazard is introduced into the laboratory.
After completing the training and demonstrating competency, each individual must sign a form with their name, the date, and the type of training received.
*Training records must be maintained for 4 years.
