The BR2JMU co-admission program has transitioned to a rolling admissions process. Applications will now be reviewed as they are submitted, and offers will be made based on available space. Apply early to secure your place!
Ready to apply for BR2JMU? The strongest applicants have a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher and will have completed math through Algebra II by graduation. This program serves current high school seniors from Augusta and Rockingham counties, and the cities of Harrisonburg, Staunton and Waynesboro. Students outside of these areas may be interested in learning about JMU Next Transfer Advising.
Application checklist:
- Apply to BRCC
- Fill out the FERPA release form. This will allow both BRCC and JMU team members to review your application and share information that is related to your participation in the program.
- Ask a career coach, school counselor, or teacher to fill out a recommendation form for you.
- Fill out the application for BR2JMU. Be ready to provide the student number from your BRCC application and an unofficial high school transcript.
