Several companies operate chartered bus service to and from the JMU campus. All stops are at the Godwin Transit Center.

Virginia Breeze Bus Lines
The Virginia Breeze, a partnership between DRPT and Megabus, provides daily coach bus service from JMU to the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Amtrak's Union Station in Washington, D.C.
Visit virginiabreeze.org to purchase tickets or for more information on routes, amenities, luggage restrictions, and parking. The Virginia Breeze Bus Lines' 56-seat passenger buses include free Wi-Fi, power outlets, a restroom, and plenty of baggage and seating room. All buses are ADA accessible.

OurBus runs charter buses all over the country. There is a stop at Godwin Transit Center. Routes from JMU mainly run north/south.

CollegeTransit
CollegeTransit has been transporting JMU students home for the holidays for over 25 years. Departing directly from the JMU campus for Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks – destinations include Allentown (PA), Morris Plains (NJ), Tetorboro (NJ), and Huntington (NY). CollegeTransit buses are outfitted with restrooms, TVs, DVD players, and usually power outlets as well as WiFi.
Buses typically leave campus in the afternoon on the last day before break.

Adventures-N-Travel
Adventures-N-Travel offers shuttles to the local airports during the October, November, December, January and March JMU school breaks. Private shuttles are also available for dates and times not listed.
