Review Event Management’s Facilities page for a list of all reservable spaces, room capacities and setup options. Some rooms have a “fixed” or "preset" setup and some rooms are flexible spaces and various setups are available through completing a diagram or specifying what setup you will need when requesting in EMS.
*Special Considerations:
- Memorial Auditorium is only available for weekday events with event start times of 6:00 p.m. or later. On the weekends, Memorial Auditorium is available to schedule anytime during the Union building hours. A minimum of three plus weeks notice is needed for this space.
- Personnel fees apply to Wilson Auditorium along with rental fees if admission is charged.
- For spaces in the Festival, you must meet with the Event Services staff to discuss setup needs.
- Make sure you understand Event Management’s Space Usage considerations for each facility. Please review both The Union and Festival links for guidelines.
- Academic "General Use" classrooms are available to student orgs to reserve in certain academic buildings and can be scheduled at the beginning of each semester as shown at the bottom of the Event Scheduling Timeline. Classrooms are kept locked so Student Organizations must check out a key from either The Union Event Services desk for classrooms on the west side of campus and from the Festival Building Manager's office for the east side of campus. Some of the classrooms have limited access on weekends such as those in Engineering/Geosciences and King Hall.
- Event Management's University Facility Summary is a great resource for building hours and room information including room capacities for each location.
