Summer Schedule - is utilized to schedule required maintenance around spaces that are utilized by visiting conferences such as sports camps, science camps, JMU affiliate camps or other schools. It is viewed by Orientation, Conference Housing Office, Office of Residence Life, Facilities Maintenance, Building Coordinators, Admissions Office and other departments across campus. This Summer Schedule ranges from the day after Summer Commencement until the start of the following fall semester. This timeframe is utilized in order to address quality of Life issues, safety issues and requests by JMU Users that can only be accomplished while students are out.
FM Master Schedule - is used throughout the calendar year to schedule all Facilities engineering projects, Facilities Planning and Construction projects, shop projects, VDOT projects around campus and City Of Harrisonburg projects that could affect campus personnel. The Master schedule provides the date range of the project, Project Engineer and the point of responsibility. It is updated every two weeks. It includes projects in design, approved status, as well as projects awaiting funding. It also includes major moves that affect multiple departments. This is viewed by all Building Coordinators, City Of Harrisonburg, VDOT, Railroad, Conference Housing Admissions, Office Of Residence Life, Orientation, Department Heads, Engineering and Facilities Management.
