The Office of Student Accountability & Restorative Practices (OSARP) facilitates student development and restoration through a fair process that holds students accountable to community and university standards in order to support student and community success.
Feedback is a crucial component for OSARP to achieve its mission for James Madison University and local communities. If you have comments or suggestions about what is going well or what could be improved, OSARP welcomes the feedback and the opportunity. Examples include but are not limited to suggestions for the Student Handbook, policies, procedures, and/or case outcomes. If an individual or organization has feedback for another office or department at James Madison University (e.g., comments or suggestions for RAs, Hall Directors, JMU Police, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Student Leadership & Involvement, CMSS, or UREC), they are encouraged to contact those offices directly.
Should OSARP need to contact you regarding your submission, that is only possible if you provide an email or phone number.
This form is NOT for reporting an alleged incident(s) involving an individual students, recognized student organizations, or student groups. To learn more about those processes, please visit Reporting to OSARP
