How to Register for Group Exercise
- Check out URECRegister.jmu.edu or the Group Exercise schedule to see upcoming classes.
- Classes open for registration 48 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and closes 15 minutes before the class begins.
- Sign up for the class you want to take on URECRegister.jmu.edu using your e-ID and password. Classes are free!
Registration Cancellation
Help us ensure our classes have space for everyone! If you cannot make it to class, cancel your registration to avoid a no-show!
What To Know Before Class
- Before class, please place all of your belongings neatly to the sides of the room in the cubbies. Please limit what you bring to class to save space for activity.
- Only take the equipment you need (when applicable); Closets remain open during equipment-based classes for participants to make adjustments during class if needed.
- Please refrain from excessive talking or texting during class. It distracts you, the instructor and your fellow classmates.
- After class, please wipe down all equipment used and neatly put it back in the closet.
- Please participate to the best of your ability. We encourage all participants to work according to their own capacity. If you need to take a break, please do so.
- Do not let late participants into the studio after the instructor has locked the door.
- Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
