John Carr Field Policies:
- This facility may only be utilized with approved reservations. No trespassing.
- This is an alcohol, cannabis and nicotine free facility. Vaping is not permitted.
- Metal spikes are not permitted. No glass or open flames permitted in this facility. No sunflower seeds or gum.
- Pets are not permitted on synthetic turf and must be kept outside the fence on a leash with a person.

Sinclair Gym, Godwin Hall Second Floor This space is managed by JMU Athletics. This shared gym space (JMU Athletics, UREC, and Kinesiology) is utilized by UREC for Sport Club practices and games, Intramural Sport programs, and event reservations. |

Archery Range Located next to John Carr Field on JMU's East Campus, this grass field provides space for Sport Club practices. This facility may only be utilized with approved reservations. |

Campus Fire Pit Located between Hartman Hall and Newman Lake, this campus fire pit is a place of community, and all are welcome to enjoy! UREC does not manage reservations for this fire pit, however please call the UREC Welcome Center to report any operational issues at 540-568-8737. |
- The fire pit will automatically operate starting at dusk until 11 p.m. every day.
- There are no user controls to change the hours of operation or adjust the flame.
- The emergency shut-off button is to be used during emergencies only. The flame cannot be turned back on without calling in a report for service.
- Do not attempt to cook, burn or put anything inside the fire pit. Do not stand on the concrete edge of the pit or on the fire pit rim.
