For JMU-owned computers tagged with an Equipment Service Number (ESN), JMU Information Technology facilitates repairs for Dell and Apple equipment through our partner, the Madison CyberZone at the JMU Bookstore. Information Technology also facilitates JMU-owned printer repairs and service through another partner.
Personally-owned Apple and Dell computers can be taken directly to the Madison CyberZone at the JMU Bookstore for service or repair.

Personally-owned - The Madison CyberZone Service Center at the JMU Bookstore offers repair services for Apple and Dell computers.
