Submit online requests for help/service via the IT Service Portal at its.jmu.edu. The portal includes a knowledge base and a full catalog of IT services.  Some knowledge base articles are available to the public, but logging in with a JMU account provides access to more information.

Serve as a contact between your college and/or department and the department of Information Technology. Coordinators and IT staff meet on a monthly basis to share information, ensure an open line of communication, and exchange timely computing updates.

LinkedIn Learning is an online subscription library that teaches the latest software tools and skills through high-quality instructional videos taught by recognized industry experts. Microsoft Office and Adobe products as well as general topics like Effective Time Management are also available.
